Principle Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through a variety of approaches including conducting sales calls, networking and distributing marketing materials.
- Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties will fit their needs.
- Maintain an accurate in depth knowledge of all aspects of the assigned properties; to include all vacancies, small tenancy, major tenants, and lease expirations.
- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
- Effectively articulate the features and benefits of the properties to prospects—through tours, meetings, presentations, mailings, etc.
- Obtain build out estimates in order to determine financial feasibility of leasing transactions.
- Negotiate and finalize renewal and expansion transactions with existing tenants and brokers.
- Negotiate terms, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and procedures for all leasing transactions.
