Step 4: Space Selection and Transaction
Our goal is to help you identify at least three spaces that suit your needs and submit offers on each, creating an auction between landlords for your tenancy and leveraging contract negotiations. Final space selection involves a thorough review of all agreed upon business points. We then work in tandem with your real estate attorney during the lease execution process.
